This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") concerns the iOS application Cruz GR and its companion macOS application Cruz GR Connect (together, the "Application"), published by CRUZ Conseil (the "Publisher").
2. No collection of personal data
The Application does not collect, record, store on any remote server, transmit, sell, rent, or otherwise process any personal data. It requires no user account, no registration, and no authentication. It incorporates no analytics, advertising, tracking technology, or third-party software development kit (SDK).
3. Content stored on the device
Any content created by the user within the Application is stored exclusively on the user's device and is not transmitted to the Publisher or to any third party.
4. Local network access
The Application requests local network access solely to connect to the Cruz GR Connect companion application on the user's Mac. No data is transmitted outside the user's local network, to the Publisher, or to any third party.
5. Children
The Application is suitable for users of all ages and collects no data from any user, including children.
6. Amendments
The Publisher may amend this Policy at any time. Any amended version will be published on this page.
